Five times winner of a European senior medal and three times in a European final. Chloe is former medallist at World Junior Championships. She claimed 8 World Cup medals. Cowen became mother a young age but didn’t stop her judo career. She is multiple British Champion, British Open winner and Belgian Open winner. She is now a judo teacher, judo commentator for the EJU and since 2022 National Lead Performance Coach at Irish Judo.
