Spanish judoka Javier Ramirez won the European Open in Katowice in 2017. He took the victort in the World Cup in Madrid in 2012 and claimed 6 World Cup medals. Silver at the African Open in Tunis in 2016 and silver in Casablanca. He won bronze medals in Liverpool, Lisbon and Santiago. Ramirez was Spanish champion in 2011 and seized silver in 2012, 2013 and 2014. He won the Spanish title in 2018 in Caceres.
