Japanese judoka Mitsutoshi Nanjo won the World Masters Munich U65kg in 1997. As coach he became Director and chief coach of the Japanese team for women after the Olympic Games in 2012 until 2016. He won gold with Haruka Tachimoto and bronze with Kaori Matsumoto.
