Bjarni Fridriksson of Iceland was a legendary judoka for his country who was 1984 Olympic bronze medallist in LA U95kg. In Seoul he was 7th. At World Championships he was top 8 in 1981 and 1989 and had same position at Euiropeans between 1986-1992. Later director of the Iceland Judo Federation.
