Frank Moeller is 1996 Olympic bronze medallist and successful heavyweight for Germany. Coach in Berlin. He won three heavyweight medals at World Championships. He won the European title in 1992. He was coached by Detlef Ultsch and Jochen Bech at the Marzahner Budo Verein Berlin. He started judo at 9 in East Germany. He triumphed at the German Open World Masters in 1994.
