Kim Hooi from Netherlands won the European Cup Cadets Fuengirola in 2017. In 2019 she took the gold at the Junior European Cup in St. Petersburg. She became Dutch Cadet Champion U18 in Leek in 2017 and 2016. She took a silver medal at the Junior European Cup in Paks in 2019 and bronze in Sarajevo. She took a silver medal at the Junior European Cup in Berlin in 2019. She claimed the Dutch Junior title in 2020. She took silver at the Junior European Championships in Porec in 2020. Kim retired from top judo in February 2022.
