After his career Vyacheslav Pereteyko became an IJF Referee and he officiated at the major IJF World tour events. He was born in Tashkent. He won a bronze medal at the 2002 Asian Games in Busan, South Korea. He represented his nation Uzbekistan at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He officiated the Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2021. First Olympic appearance in Paris but competed at the 2004 Olympic Games as an athlete fighting U90kg. He is the youngest man of the 16 IJF referees. Refereed at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.
