In 2019, Sila Ersin claimed gold at the Cadet European Cup in Antalya and the Cadet European Mixed team title in Warsaw. She continued her success by securing a silver medal at the European Open in Warsaw in 2022 and winning gold at the European University Games in Lodz the same year. Ersin also attained a silver medal at the Junior European Championships in Prague in 2022 and captured the European U23 title in Sarajevo. In 2023, she won silver at the junior world championships in Odivelas and repeated her success with silver medals at the Grand Slams in Abu Dhabi (2023) and Antalya (2024).
