Dutch judoka Bram Strik was Dutch Cadet and Junior champion. He won various international tournaments as a cadet and junior. He won 7 Dutch individual medals. After his career he started his own fitness school Striktly Powerhouse with personal training or sport specific training. He was the Strength coach of Kenamju and regional topsport. He wants to take personal training to the next level. Federations can hire him for judo specific advise about Strength training and periodisation.
