Canadian coach Janusz Pawlowski was 1988 Olympic finalist and Double Olympic medallist 1980-1988 for Poland where he was born. He won 3 World Championships medals and 3 European Championships medals 1982-1986. Janusz is also fluent in five languages. He has lived in Poland, Kuwait, Slovenia, and Italy before arriving in Canada in 2014, where he holds the position of Assistant National Coach at Judo Canada National Training Centre in Montreal. Janusz hold a master’s degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Gdansk, Poland, with specialisation in Judo Coaching.
