Judo referee Shou-Chong Chang of Taipei will be debut at the Paralympic Games in Rio2016. He is one of the 12 judo referees at the Paralympics. Refereed at the 2014 IBSA World Championships and active since 2014. As an athlete he fought at Plympic Games in 1984 against Peter Seisenbacher and competed at World Championships. He won a bronze medal at the Pacific Rim Judo Championships Tokyo in 1985 in the category U86.
