Kazuhiko Tokuno was 2001 World bronze medallist. He won the Asian Games in 1998 in Bangkok U60kg. He won the Tournoi de Paris three times, in 1997, 1998 and 2001. As a coach he won countless medals and world titles. He triumphed at the German Open World Masters in 2000.
