Schipper competed at European and World Championships, contributing to national team titles. He amassed four medals at European Cups, including gold in Uster in 2017. Additionally, he claimed a bronze medal at the European Open in Glasgow in 2018. Roy transitioned into a successful talent coach for the Dutch team and celbrated international successes.
