Chen-Hao Lin of Taipeh is the surprise of the Olympic Games tournament with victories against Francesca Milani and Irina Dolgova. She lost to Distria Krasniqi and Shira Rishony and finished seventh. She won bronze at the 2021 Asian Championships and was a talented Cadet. She never won big medals except but took a bronze medal at Asian Open Taipei as highlight. In 2021 she really came up at Asian Championships but the top athletes didn’t compete. The Olympic Games are the big breakthrough for Lin.
