Tim Gramkow became European Junior champion in 2017 in Maribor. He took the bronze medal at the World Junior Championships in Zagreb in 2017. Gramkow won a silver medal at the European Cadet Championships U18 Athens in 2014. He won bronze at the Junior European Championships in 2016 in Malaga. Gramkow won gold at the European Open in Madrid. He claimed a bronze medal at the 2018 Grand Prix in Cancun. He took a bronze medal at the Oceania Open in Perth in 2022. He won the European Cup in Dubrovnik in 2023. He bagged a silver medal at the European Cup in Malaga in 2023.
