Czech judoka Michal Horák won the Grand Prix in Ulaanbaatar in 2013 U100kg which was one of his career highlights among other international judo world cup medals and various national medals. He won bronze at the PanAm Open in Lima and won bronze at the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi in 2016. In 2017 he took a silver medal at the African Open in Casablanca. He took a bronze medal at the European Cup in Bratislava in 2017 and 2019.
