Caramnob Sagaipov finished fifth at the 2024 World Championships in Abu Dhabi. He is representing Lebanon in the U90kg category since 2022. He is from Chechnya and was raised in the village of Chiri-Yurt, the same village as 2021 junior world bronze medalist Adam Sangariev. Caramnob two brother who are judoka too. Fighting for Russia he secured a silver medal at the European Cup U21 Athens in 2015, before suffering injuries that kept him away from competitions for a long time. He represented Russia as Israil Sagaipov. He took a gold medal at the Asian Open in Zouk Mikhael in Lebanon in 2022.
