Brazilian judoka Ketleyn Quadros 2008 Olympic bronze medallist in Beijing U57kg. She won the Grand Prix in Cancun in 2017 and goes for her fourth Olympic cycle. She won bronze at the 2008 Panam Championships. Coached by Rosicleia Campos. She won silver at the PanAm Open in 2016 and bronze in Lima. She won bronze at the Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi in 2016. She captured a silver medal at the Grand Prix in Budapest in 2019. Ketleyn won the Grand Slam in Brasilia and bronze in Abu Dhabi.

The Brazilian Judo Confederation (CBJ) revealed the Brasilia Grand Slam medals and the mascot for the newest event on the IJF World Judo Tour. The three-day event in Brasilia, which becomes the second city in the Americas to host an IJF Grand Slam following Rio de Janeiro (2009 – 2012), currently has 414 judoka inscribed from 64 countries and has captured the imagination of the Brazilian public.
