Quentin Joubert won two national senior medals, silver in 2015, bronze in 2013. He won two World Cup medals in 2001 (silver in Liverpool) and bronze in 2013 in Warsaw. In 2006 he was national Cadet champion and won bronze in the juniors. In 2015 he won silver at the European Cup in Lund. He took bronze at the African Open in Tunis and Casablanca in 2017. He became French senior champion in 2017. French Champion U81kg in 2017. He claimed a bronze medal at the Pan American Open in Cordoba in 2019. He bagged silver at the European Open in Sarajevo in 2021. He claimed the French title in 2023.
