Teddy Riner is most successful judoka ever on the planet. He is double Olympic Champion in 2012 and 2016. The French heavyweight won ten world titles, more than anyone. He is 2.05m and very athletic. He won five European titles. He was double junior world champion, athlete of the year and honoured world wide. His last victory was the World Open Championships in 2017. Riner signed for his old club Paris St. Germain in France after years of service for Levallois.

Los Angeles today agreed to host the 2028 Olympic Games and Paris will stage the Olympic Games of 2024, the IOC announced. It will mark the third time that both Los Angeles and Paris has hosted sport's showpiece event. The French capital played host in 1900 and 1924 and the Olympics took place in Los Angeles in 1932 and 1984. Paris 2024 will have added significance as it will be the centenary of the last time they were staged in the city. Read more
