Juul Franssen won bronze at the World Championships in Tokyo in 2019 and in Baku in 2018. She finished fifth at the 2020 Olympic Games. She won the Grand Prix The Hague in 2017 and the Grand Slam of Abu Dhabi in 2016 and 2018. She won European Championships in three age categories U17 (2006), U20 (2008) and U23 (2012 and 2013). Franssen took silver at the Grand Slam of Paris in 2015. Franssen 17 World Cup medals including 5 gold medals. In 2019 she claimed a bronze medal at the Grand Slam in Baku. She claimed a bronze medal at the European Championships in Prague. She has the 5th Dan grade.
