Russian judoka David Gamosov took bronze at the Junior European Championships in 2017 in Maribor. With the Russian Junior Team he won bronze at the World Mixed Teams in 2017 in Zagreb. He won the European Cup U21 St Petersburg in 2018. David Gamosov (RUS) was number 1 of the IJF World Ranking for juniors U73kg in 2019. He claimed a bronze medal at the Junior European Cup in Berlin in 2019. He took silver at the Junior European Championships in 2019 in Vaantaa.
