Lewis Medina
Country: Dominican Republic | Born: 14 September 1995 (28 years)
Pan American Championships silver medallist Lewis Medina, produced his best judo at his continental championships in April. Medina conquered all opponents by ippon before running out of steam against former Junior World Championships runner-up Leonardo GONCALVES (BRA) in the final. Medina has a habit of accumulating unnecessary shido penalties. He captured the gold at the Pan American Open in Santo Domingo in 2019. He won the Spanish title in Fuenlabrada in 2019. He captured the gold medal at the Pan American Open at the Punto Cana in 2021.
