Judoka Chantal Wright is former Swiss champion in Cadets and Junior who competed for Great Britain, Switzerland and United States. She won also Swiss medals at Senior level, but switched to the USA in 2014. She won silver at the African Open Casablanca in 2016 and bronze at the Pan Am Open in Santiago. The Wright siblings: Chantal (-70kg), Kyle (-81kg) and Liam (-73kg), all three participated in this Grand Slam Ekaterinburg in 2019 for the USA. She works full time as an intensive care unit nurse, She bagged a bronze medal at the Pan American Championships in Guadalajara in 2021.
