Russian heavyweight Soslan Bostanov won his first World Cup in Montevideo in 2014 and collected over 10 medals. In 2016 he won silver at the Czech Open in Prague and took silver at the Grand Slam in Moscow in 2012 and bronze at the Grand Slam in Tyumen in 2015. He was Russian champion in 2014. He captured bronze at the Grand Prix The Hague in 2017. Bostanov won the Grand Prix in Tashkent in 2018. He took a silver medal at the European Open in Madrid in 2018.
